This year’s colors, “Ultimate” gray and bright yellow “Illuminating”, like the choices made in previous years, are full of symbolism.
The neutrality of gray represents serenity and strength while the warmth of yellow encourages positivism and hope.

How is the color of the year chosen?

The “color of the year” is chosen by the Pantone Color Institute.
It analyzes, from spring, emerging trends in different artistic fields such as fashion, cinema, graphic arts … but also by observing what is happening.
